SHIPPING
We deliver to the UK only. Items are delivered via Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ which is free of charge on orders over £100. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. For orders less than £100 our standard shipping rate is £6.95 for a small parcel. Once your order has been dispatched estimated delivery is between 1-2 Business Days. Free delivery does not apply to returns or exchanges.
COLLECT FROM ABERFELDY – FREE
You can collect items from our Dunkeld Street address in Aberfeldy with no charge. Just select that option during the checkout process.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. We use the Royal Mail for our deliveries.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit & debit cards. Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Please note you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied for please contact handcarvedwoodbyalex@gmail.com on receipt of delivery. We are happy to refund or replace an unused item returned to us in their original conditions & packaging within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, we suggest returning it using Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for service, this way it can be traced if necessary. Please notify us by email of any returns prior to shipping and we will contact you by return to confirm we have received it. If the refund is approved we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks.
